"Touch's Midnight Star" -- This is one NICE mare! She is jet black and performs a true, head-shaking walk, smooth as silk. She will be 10 years old (born 4/25/98) and stands a true 16H. She is by the World Grand Champion "The Touch" and out of a Sun's Delight D/Pride's Peddler mare. She recently made the Old Spanish Trail ride from Logansport, Louisiana into Texas, in conjunction with the Houston Rodeo. Probably anyone can ride this mare -- she's willing to please and not lazy at all.
Star would make a great all-around family horse, good for trail riding and competitive for show ring, if desired. No reason she couldn't be bred -- she has had the absolute best care all her life. Her negative coggins is dated 11/8/07 so it is good for eight months; she is wearing keg shoes and her feet are in excellent condition; she was vaccinated on 11/21/07 for West Nile and EV Flu Rhino, and 2/7/08 for VEWT, Rabies and Strangles.
We'll be hauling Star to the forest, the lake, the beach, the airport and doing parades with her until her new owner finds her!
